Minimum Rental Requirements:

- Our income requirement is a combined household income of 3x the monthly rent. We will calculate the combined gross income of all applicants.
- Applicants must have good, established credit. Credit reports pulled by Adanalian Property Management must be clear of collection items, or negative payment patterns. Applicants with a credit score below 650 will not be considered.
- Applicants are required to have a recent or current rental/mortgage payment history in good standing. Applicants must submit 2+ years of residence history. Late Payments or bounced payments will negatively affect your application status.
- We DO NOT accept applicants with any previous evictions or applicants with previous or current balances owed to Landlords/Agents/Property Managers.
- We DO NOT accept co-signors/guarantors, applicants must meet all rental requirements to qualify.
Renter’s Insurance Policy:

- We require all renters to have basic liability renter’s insurance throughout their entire tenancy. Landlord/Agent is not responsible for any of your personal property.
Pet Policy:

- The pet policy for each home is determined by the homeowner and is posted on every property listing. Pet policy is non-negotiable.
